هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الحكومية في محافظة جرش للثقافة الترحيبية في مدارسهم، واستخدمت المنهج البحثي الوصفي المسحي الشامل, كما اعتمدت على الصورة المعربة من أداة تقدير الثقافة الترحيبية لمديري المدارس. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (95) من مديري المدارس الحكومية للعام الدراسي 2018-2019، وتمثل ما نسبته (540) من مجتمع الدراسة والمكون من (175) مدير ومديرة، تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية الطبقية. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس للثقافة الترحيبية في مدارسهم جاءت بدرجة قليلة، وبمتوسط حسابي مقداره (1.67) للأداة ككل، في حين تراوحت للمجالات ما بين (1.56-1.929)، كما أظهرت الدراسة عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة الإحصائية (α =0.05) في درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس للثقافة الترحيبية تبعا لمتغيرات الدراسة، والجنس، وسنوات الخدمة، ومستوى المدرسة، والمؤهل. وأوصت الدراسة برفع مستوى أداء المديرين في بعض الممارسات، لتحقيق الممارسة الفضلى للثقافة الترحيبية من خلال عقد الدورات المتخصصة في مجال الثقافة الترحيبية، وكذلك من خلال التأهيل العلمي، وزيادة الدعم المادي الموجّه لتحسين البيئة المدرسية لإيجاد معايير جيدة للثقافة الترحيبية، كما أوصت بإجراء المزيد من الدراسات حول هذا الموضوع. The study aimed to identify the degree of practicing the public schools principals at Jerash governorate for the courtesy culture. The descriptive survey method was used and the translated Arabic version of the school courtesy culture rating tool (SCCRT) was also used in the study. The study sample was consisted of (95) male and female principals of the public schools, whom represents (54.) of the study population that consisting of (175) male and female principals were selected by stratified random sample method. The results showed the following, the degree of practicing the public schools principals for the courtesy culture is little with relative gender variable, educational qualification, the year in service and the school level variable. According to these results the study recommended to increase the level of practicing the principals of the courtesy culture by holding the weight (1.67). The result also showed there were no statistically significant differences in the study sample due to the specialized leadership trains in courtesy culture, and by the educational qualifying, increasing the financial support to schools to improve their environment and to run out more studies about this topic.
