هدفت الدراسة الى بحث إسهام كل من الحكمة والوعي بالذات في التنبؤ بكفاءة المعلم، واختلاف كل من الحكمة والوعي بالذات باختلاف متغيري الدراسة النوع (ذكور – اناث) والعمر (من 25-40 . من 40-60) وذلك لدى معلمي التعليم الثانوي وللتحقق من ذلك طبقت مقاييس الحكمة والوعي بالذات وكفاءة المعلم (جميعها من اعداد الباحثان) على عينة قوامها (63) معلما واسفرت النتائج عن لا تختلف الحكمة والوعي بالذات وكفاءة المعلم باختلاف كل من النوع والفئة العمرية علاوة على عدم قدرة كل من الحكمة والوعي بالذات بالتنبؤ بكفاءة المعلم. This study is aimed at investigate the contribution of both Wisdom and self-awareness in predicting of teacher efficiency and the difference of both wisdom and self-awareness based on gender variable (male-female) and age variable (25to40 years and 40to 60 years or more) for secondary stage teachers. To verify that, the researchers used wisdom scale and self-awareness (developed by researcher) with a sample consisted of (63) teachers. Results proved that there is no difference between wisdom, self-awareness and teachers efficiency according to the difference of both gender and age group. Further, both of self-awareness and wisdom can not predict teacher efficiency. (Published abstract)
