هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على إسهام إدارة المعرفة في تحسين أداء رائدات النشاط المدرسي في محافظة حفر الباطن، كما هدفت إلى الكشف عن وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات رائدات النشاط المدرسي حول درجة إسهام إدارة المعرفة في بعد (نقل، توليد، توظيف) المعرفة في تطوير أدائهن والتي تعزى لاختلاف متغيرات (سنوات الخبرة، التفرغ للنشاط). وتحقيقا لأهداف الدراسة طبقت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي المسحي وقامت بتصميم أداة استبيان إلكترونية تم نشرها على جميع رائدات النشاط المدرسي في محافظة حفر الباطن وبلغ عدد الاستجابات 150، بما يعادل 90% من المجتمع الأصلي للدراسة. وقد توصلت الدراسة لعدة نتائج كان منها: 1) درجة إسهام إدارة المعرفة في تحسين أداء رائدات النشاط المدرسي في محافظة حفرا لباطن جاءت بدرجة "عالية جدا". 2) لا توجد فروق ذات دلاله إحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات رائدات النشاط المدرسي حول درجة إسهام إدارة المعرفة في بعد (توليد، توظيف، نقل) المعرفة في تحسين أدائهن والتي تُعزى لاختلاف متغير سنوات الخبرة أو التفرغ من النشاط الطلابي. ومن التوصيات التي أوصت بها الدراسة: 1) وضع برامج تدريبية تطويرية تواكب التغيرات التقنية والعلمية بشكل مستمر تعزز من تطبيق إدارة المعرفة فعلياً في المدارس. 2) العمل على خلق ثقافة محفزة ومشجعة وداعمة لأبعاد إدارة المعرفة في إدارة النشاط الطلابي. 3) العمل على توفير الإمكانات المادية والتنظيمية التي تعزز من تطبيق إدارة المعرفة بطريقة فاعله بالمدارس. 4) العمل على رفع كفاءة رائدات النشاط المدرسي وتطوير مهاراتهم لإنجاح تطبيق إدارة المعرفة. 5) تأسيس بيئة تنظيمية تقوم على أساس ثقافة المبادرة وتبادل الخبرات والمشاركة بين رائدات النشاط الطلابي. The current study aims to recognize the contribution of management knowledge in improving the performance of school activity coordinator in the district of Hafr Albatin. The study also points out differences of statistical significance in the mean of response among school activity coordinator regarding the contribution of management knowledge in multidimensional manner (transfer, invention, employment) of improving performance with steams from years’ experience and training courses. In order for the researcher to complete the study objective a cross sectional design was implanted and an electronic survey was handed out to school activity coordinator in Hafr Albatin and the response rate was 150, which is 90% of the study population. The degree of management knowledge in improving the performance of school activity coordinator is very significant. No differences of statistical significance between the mean of responses from school activity coordinator regarding the contribution of management knowledge in a multidimensional manner (transfer, invention, employment) of improving performance with steams from years’ experience and training courses and vacancy in school activity coordination. Implementing developmental training programs that consider the latest trends in technical and scientific aspects of knowledge management and how to implement them in schools. Creating an environment that encourages and support all aspects of management knowledge. Providing financial and logistical means for effective implementation of knowledge management in schools. Increase the qualification of school activity coordinator to be better equipped for implementing the strategy of management knowledge. Establishing an organizational environment that is built on initiation expert exchange and cooperation. (Published abstract)
