هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد الاحتياجات التدريبية لمعلمي الصف الأول الابتدائي في مدارس وكالة الغوث بمحافظات غزة، والكشف عن مدى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (α≥0.05) بين متوسطات تقدير درجات أفراد عينة الدراسة للاحتياجات التدريبية لمعلمي الصف الأول تعزى لمتغيرات (سنوات الخدمة، المنطقة التعليمية، التخصص في الثانوية). استخدمت الباحثة الاستبانة لتحقيق أغراض هذه الدراسة. منهج الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. تم استخدام أسلوب الحصر الشامل بحيث شمل جميع أفراد المجتمع الأصلي وعددهم (194) معلما من محافظة غزة. أظهرت نتائج تحليل بيانات كل محور من محاور الدراسة أن جميع متوسطات المحاور كانت متقاربة من حيث أوزانها النسبية، أما الدرجة الكلية ككل فقد حصلت على وزن نسبي مقداره (57.2%). وبينت أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين متوسطات تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة للاحتياجات التدريبية لمعلمي الصف الأول الابتدائي في مدارس وكالة الغوث في محافظة غزة تعزى للمتغيرات التالية (سنوات الخدمة، المنطقة التعلمية، تخصص الثانوية العامة). وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة تحديث معلومات المعلمين في بداية كل عام دراسي، فيما يخص مهارات التدريس وإدارة الصف، والبرامج النوعية التي يتم تلقيها، لضمان ديمومتها بنفس الكفاءة أو تحسينها. والعمل والتخطيط الحثيث لترسيخ مهارات التقويم الواقعي بالشكل الأمثل ومتابعة المعلمين وتلبية حاجاتهم في هذا الجانب. كما أوصت ببناء الخطة السنوية للتدريب في ضوء الموارد والإمكانيات المتاحة بالمدرسة، وعلى أساس احتياجات تدريبية فعلية للمعلمين. This study aimed at identifying the training needs for first grade teachers in UNRWA schools in Gaza governorates. It also aimed at examining if there are statistically significant differences at the level of (α≥0.05) between the mean scores of sample's respondents estimates of the training needs for first grade teachers that can be attributed to the following variables (years of service, educational area, secondary school branch). The researchers designed a questionnaire particularly. They adopted the descriptive analytical approach. The study sample consists of (194) teachers. Findings revealed that there are no statistically significant differences between the mean scores of sample's respondents estimates of the training needs for first grade teachers in UNRWA schools in Gaza governorates that can be attributed to the following variables (years of service, educational area, secondary school branch). Also the results derived from analyzing each study domain's data revealed that all domains' mean scores were convergent in terms of their relative weights. The total score as a whole obtained a relative weight of (57.2%). The study recommended that it is necessary to update teachers' data at the beginning of every scholastic year in terms of teaching skills and class management as well as the qualitative programs they receive in order to guarantee their efficiency to continue or to boost them if needed, it is important to plan and exert a ceaseless effort to optimally enhance the realistic assessment skills and to follow-up with teachers and meet their needs in respect to this matter. Their needs in respect to this matter and it is also important to construct the annual training plan in light of the available school resources and based on the actual training needs for teachers.
