هدفت الدراسة إلى قياس مستوى وعي طلبة التربية المهنية في جامعة البلقاء التطبيقية بالقضايا الأخلاقية لتطبيقات التكنولوجيا الحيوية، وعلاقتها بكل من المستوى الدراسي والنوع. بلغ عدد أفراد العينة (314) طالبا وطالبة من طلبة كلية الحصن الجامعية في جامعة البلقاء التطبيقية، تكونت أداة الدراسة من استبانة تضمنت أربع قضايا في الأخلاقيات الحيوية، وللإجابة عن أسئلة الدراسة، تم استخدام المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية والنسب المئوية، بالإضافة إلى )اختبار ف) (test-F) للعينات المستقلة، للكشف عن مستوى وعي الطلبة بقضايا الأخلاقيات الحيوية. بيّنت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى وعي الطلبة بشكل عام (الكلي) كان متوسطا، ولم يكن للجنس تأثير معنوي على مستوى الوعي، كما أن هنالك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لمستوى وعي الطلبة تعزى لمستواهم الدراسي. This study investigated the degree of awareness of vocational students to bioethical issues arising from biotechnology applications, and its relationship with their academic level and gender. The sample of the study consists of (314) male and female students from the Faculty of Al-Hoson / Al- Balqa Applied University. The tool of the study was a scale of awareness consisted of four domains in bioethics. Means, standard deviations and percentages were counted. To explore the differences in the degree of student's awareness ʺ Fʺ (f-Test) for independent samples was conducted. The results of the study showed that the degree of student's awareness of ethical issues (Total) was medium, there was no significant effect of gender on the degree of awareness, but the academic level influenced the degree of awareness significantly.
