هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة فاعلية استراتيجية جيكسو (Jigsaw) للتعلم التعاوني في تنمية بعض مهارات التدريس لدى الطالبات في الكلية الجامعية للعلوم التطبيقية بغزة. كما تكونت عينة الدراسة من (25) طالبة، حيث تمثل العينة ما يقارب (25%) من المجتمع الكلي للدراسة، وتم اختيارهن بطريقة قصدية نظرا لقلة عدد الطالبات في الشعبة المختارة، كما استخدمت الباحثة المنهج شبه التجريبي، و تم بناء بطاقة ملاحظة لتحقيق أداء مهارات التدريس حيث تكونت من (16) فقرة تمثل مهارات التدريس موزعة على (3) محاور هي (التمهيد، تنويع المثيرات، الغلق). وأظهرت الدراسة وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى (α=0.01) بين متوسطات درجات الطالبات لتنمية بعض مهارات التدريس قبل تطبيق استراتيجية جيكسو (Jigsaw) للتعلم التعاوني وبعدها لدى الطالبات في الكلية الجامعية للعلوم التطبيقية بغزة لصالح التطبيق البعدي، كما تمتعت استراتيجية جيكسو (Jigsaw) للتعلم التعاوني بالفاعلية في تنمية بعض مهارات التدريس لدى الطالبات في الكلية الجامعية للعلوم التطبيقية بغزة، حيث بلغت نسبة الكسب المعدل لبلاك (1.26) وهى نسبة مقبولة ومناسبة. The study aimed at finding out the effectiveness of employing the strategy of Jigsaw in cooperative learning to develop some of the teaching skills among the female students at the university college of applied sciences in Gaza. The study sample consisted of (25) students. The sample represented about 25% of the total population of the study. The sample was chosen intentionally because of the low number of female students in the selected department. The researcher used the semi-experimental and an observation card was constructed to achieve the performance of the teaching skills, consisted of (16) items represents the teaching skills distributed on (3) domains: (boot, diversifying stimuli, closing). The results of the study showed that there were statistically significant differences at the level of (0.01) (α) between the average grades of female students to develop some teaching skills before applying the Jigsaw strategy in cooperative learning and after applying it to the students in the university college of applied sciences in Gaza, in favor of the post implementation. Jigsaw strategy for cooperative learning role was figured out in developing some of the teaching skills of students at the university college of applied sciences in Gaza, where Blakes modified gain ratio was (1.26) and this is an accepted and appropriate rate.
