هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة تطبيق مدراء المدارس الثانوية للأسس الإدارية للتطوير التنظيمي في محافظة المفرق من وجهة نظر المدراء والمعلمين، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (629) مديرا ومعلما، وتم استخدام الاستبانة كأداة للدراسة. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة: أن درجة تطبيق مدراء المدارس الثانوية للأسس الإدارية للتطور التنظيمي جاءت بدرجة كبيرة، ولكل مجالاتها. وكشفت نتائج الدراسة المتعلقة بالفروق الفردية الإحصائية عن عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية لمستوى استجابات أفراد العينة في تطبيق مدراء المدارس الثانوية للأسس الإدارية للتطور التنظيمي تعزى لاختلاف المتغيرات: (المؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة). بينما يوجد فروق تعزى لمتغير الجنس وجاءت لصالح الإناث. The study aimed at identifying the degree of application of secondary school principals to the administrative bases of organizational development in Mafraq governorate from the point of view of the teachers and the teachers. The descriptive method was used. The study sample consisted of (629) principals and teachers. The results of the study showed that the degree of application of the secondary school principals to the administrative bases of organizational development came to a great extent, and for all its fields. The results of the study on individual statistical differences revealed that there were no statistically significant differences in the level of responses of the sample members in the application of secondary school principals to the administrative bases of organizational development due to the different variables (scientific qualification and years of experience). While there were differences due to the gender variable and was in favor of females. (Published abstract)
