هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة تمكن مديري المدارس في منطقة النقب من حل المشكلات الإدارية التي تواجههم من وجهة نظر المعلمين، بالإضافة إلى معرفة أثر المتغيرات (الجنس، المرحلة التعليمية، والمؤهل العلمي) في تقديرات المعلمين لتلك الدرجة. وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي، حيث تكونت عينة الدراسة من (400) معلّم ومعلّمة، تمّ اختيارهم بالطريقة الطبقية العشوائية من بين أفراد مجتمع الدراسة البالغ عددهم (3975) معلما ومعلمة، وتم استخدام الاستبانة أداة لجمع البيانات اللازمة لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن تقديرات المعلمين في منطقة النقب لدرجة تمكن مديريهم من حل المشكلات الإدارية جاءت بدرجة (متوسطة)، كما بينت نتائج الدراسة وجود فرق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير الجنس في تلك التقديرات، ولصالح المعلمين. وعدم وجود فروق تعزى للمتغيرين (المرحلة التعليمية، والمؤهل العلمي). The purpose of this study is to know the enabling degree of principals at Negev district from solving the administrative problems that facing them from the perspectives of teachers, and to show the effect of (gender, educational stage, scientific qualification) in teachers' estimates to that degree. The researcher used the descriptive survey methodology. The sample of the study consisted of (400) teachers who were chosen in stratified random way, and also it was used a questionnaire to collect the needed data for achieving the aims of the study. The study results showed that the teachers' estimates in Negev district for enabling degree of their principals from solving the administrative problems were (moderate), and also it showed that there were significant statistical differences in teachers' estimates due to the variable (gender) for male teachers. There weren't significant statistical differences due to the variable (educational stage, scientific qualification). (Published abstract)
