هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة توظيف استراتيجية التعليم المقلوب وعلاقتها بالبنية التحتية والدعم الفني في الكلية الجامعية للعلوم التطبيقية في غزة، بالإضافة إلى سبل تطويرها، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لأهداف الدراسة، حيث تم تطوير استبانة تفحص درجة توظيف استراتيجية التعليم المقلوب في الكلية الجامعية للعلوم التطبيقية، بالإضافة إلى تقييم البنية التحتية والدعم الفتي المتوفر في الكلية، كما تم استطلاع مقترحات الأكاديميين فيما يتعلق بتطوير استخدام استراتيجية التعليم المقلوب، تم توزيع الاستبانة على 45 أكاديمي يطبقون هذه الاستراتيجية في الكلية الجامعية للعلوم التطبيقية (يوكاس) في غزة، ومن ثم تم تحليل البيانات إحصائيا باستخدام برنامج (SPSS). خلصت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة طردية بين درجة توظيف الأكاديميين لاستراتيجية التعليم المقلوب ودرجة توافر متطلبات البنية التحتية والدعم الفني، كما لوحظ عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة بين درجة توظيف الأكاديميين لاستراتيجية التعليم المقلوب تعزى لمتغير النوع، العمر والمؤهل العلمي، بينما توجد فروق ذات دلالة بين درجة توظيف الأكاديميين لاستراتيجية التعليم المقلوب تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخدمة، وقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة تطوير الاستراتيجية عن طريق تقليل أعداد الطلبة في القاعات الدراسية مما يساعد الأكاديميين على تطبيق استراتيجية التعليم المقلوب بسهولة. The study aimed to identify the degree of utilization of flipped teaching strategy, and its relationship to infrastructure and technical support within the university college for applied sciences (UCAS) in Gaza, in an attempt to sketch out areas of potential improvement. The descriptive analytical approach was adopted for the purpose of this study. A questionnaire was developed investigating the following key aspects: the degree of utilization of flipped teaching strategy, the current UCAS infrastructure and technical support status in terms of its capability to implement the latter mentioned strategy. Additionally the questionnaire provided an open-ended question for academics to provide recommendations for the development of utilizing the flipped teaching strategy. The sample consisted of 45 academics from different disciplines within the UCAS, and data was collected and analyzed statistically using (SPSS) program. Results revealed that there is statically positive correlation between the degree of utilization of the flipped teaching strategy and the availability of a proper infrastructure and technical support. Furthermore, there are no significant differences between the degree of utilization of the flipped teaching strategy attributed to the study variables (gender, age, and qualification). However, there are significant differences between the degree of utilization of the flipped teaching strategy and the academic’s years of service. Finally, the study recommended the need for reducing the number of students in the classroom to further facilitate and improve the implementation of the strategy. (Published abstract)
