هدفت الدراسة للتعرف على فاعلية برنامج مقترح قائم على التدريس لجانبي الدماغ لتنمية التحصيل والاتجاهات نحو الرياضيات لدى طلاب الصف الثامن، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من صفين تم اختيارهما بطريقة قصدية من مدرسة ذكور النصيرات الإعدادية "ب"، واتبع الباحثان المنهج التجريبي، بحيث تم اعتبار أحد الصفوف مجموعة ضابطة، والصف الآخر مجموعة تجريبية، وبهذا يكون عدد أفراد عينة الدراسة (76) طالبا. (38) طالبا المجموعة الضابطة، (38) المجموعة التجريبية. وبعد تدريس المجموعة التجريبية باستخدام البرنامج المقترح، وتطبيق الاختبار التحصيلي ومقياس الاتجاهات على المجموعتين، وباستخدام اختبار (ت)، واختبار مان ويتني (يو)، تبين وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا لصالح الطلاب في المجموعة التجريبية في التحصيل والاتجاه نحو الرياضيات، وباستخدام معادلة الكسب لبلاك اتضحت فاعلية البرنامج المقترح. This study aims at identifying the impact of a proposed program based on a teaching method which depends on the brain hemispheres to increase achievement and the trends towards math for grade 8 students. The sample of the study consisted of two classes chosen deliberately from Nussairat Prepboys School. One of the classes was deemed as a standard group and the other as experimental one. Accordingly, the numbers of the sample were 76 students distributed as follows: 38 students were the standard group and 38 students were the experimental group. After teaching the experimental group using the proposed program and applying the achievement test and the trends measure to both groups, using t-test and Mann Whitney test, results showed there were statistical differences in favor of the experimental group in achievement and the trend towards mathematics. Relying on acquisition equation of black, the efficacy of the program came true. (Published abstract)
