هدفت الدراسة الحالية التعرف إلى درجة ممارسة الإدارة المدرسية لدورها في تنمية الإبداع وعلاقتها بالأداء المدرسي من وجهة نظر معلمي المدارس الابتدائية في منطقة النقب داخل الخط الأخضر، وتم اختيار عينة عشوائية بلغت (417) فردا من مجتمع الدراسة البالغ عددهم (3975) معلما ومعلمة من المدارس الابتدائية في منطقة النقب خلال العام الدراسي (2016-2017)، واستخدم المنهج الوصفي المسحي والارتباطي، كما استخدمت الاستبانة كأداة لجمع بيانات الدراسة بعد التحقق من صدقها وثباتها، وتكونت الاستبانة من محورين، الأول: دور الإدارة المدرسية في تنمية الإبداع، وقد تكون من أربعة مجالات هي (العملية التدريسية، العلاقات الانسانية، تحسين وتطوير البيئة المدرسية، التفكير والتعبير والحوار والمناقشة)، والمحور الثاني: الأداء المدرسي وتكون من أربعة مجالات هي (العلاقة مع مدير المدرسة، والعلاقة مع المجتمع المحلي، والعلاقة مع الطلبة، والتعليم والتعلم) وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة ممارسة الإدارة المدرسية لدورها في تنمية الإبداع كانت بدرجة كبيرة، حيث جاءت جميع المجالات بدرجة كبيرة، كما اظهرت النتائج أن درجة الأداء المدرسي في جميع جوانبه جاء بدرجة كبيرة، ويوجد علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين دور الإدارة المدرسية في تنمية الإبداع وبين الأداء المدرسي من وجهة نظر المعلمين، أوصت الدراسة على ضرورة تشجيع مديري المدارس على تطوير العلاقة مع المعلمين، والتأكيد على تهيئة البيئة المدرسية لتنمية الإبداع. The study aimed to identifying the degree of the school administration's practice of its role in developing creativity among elementary school teachers in the Negev region within the green line from teachers' perspective. The descriptive survey and correlative approach method was used by using the questionnaire as a tool for study. A random sample of (417) members of the study population in elementary school in the Negev region within the green line during the academic year (2016-2017). The questionnaire consisted of two axes: first: the role of the school administration in the development of creativity and it consisted of four fields: (teaching process, human relations, improvement and development of the school environment, thinking, expression, dialogue and discussion). And the second axis: the school performance and it consists of four fields: (the relationship with the school principal, the relationship with the community, the relationship with the students teaching and learning). The results of the study showed that the degree of practice of the school administration for its role in the development of creativity was very much, where all fields came to a great extent as the results showed that the degree of school performance in all its aspects came to a great extent, and there is a positive correlation between the role of the hands of school in the development of creativity and between school performance from the point of view of teachers. The study recommended the need to encourage school principals to develop the relationship with teachers, and the emphasis on the creation of the school environment for the development of creativity.
