هدفت هذه الدراسة الكشف عن درجة ممارسة إدارة الموارد البشرية في المدارس الثانوية في النقب من وجهة نظر المعلمين، وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي، حيث تكونت عينة الدراسة من (438) معلما ومعلمة، وتم استخدام الاستبانة كأداة للدراسة. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة: أن درجة إدارة الموارد البشرية في المدارس الثانوية في النقب من وجهة نظر المعلمين جاءت بدرجة كبيرة، ولكل مجالاتها، وكشفت نتائج الدراسة المتعلقة بالفروق الفردية الإحصائية عن عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية لمستوى استجابات أفراد العينة في درجة إدارة الموارد البشرية في المدارس الثانوية في النقب من وجهة نظر المعلمين تعزى لاختلاف المتغيرات: (الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة، والتخصص). ويوصي الباحثان أن تواكب عملية تخطيط الموارد البشرية المتغيرات المتسارعة في المجتمع الفلسطيني، وأن تستقطب إدارة المدرسة خبراء ذوي كفاءات لتخطيط الموارد البشرية، توفر إدارة الموارد البشرية قاعدة معلومات شاملة عن خصائص إدارة الموارد البشرية داخل المدرسة وخارجها، مع تزويد إدارة المدرسة بالعاملين الجدد بمعلومات عن طبيعة المدرسة ووظيفتها والعاملين فيها. The purpose of this study was to determine the degree of human resource management in the secondary schools in the Negev from the point of view of the teachers. The descriptive method was used. The study sample consisted of (438) teachers and the questionnaire was used as a study tool. The results of the study showed that the degree of human resources management in the secondary schools in the Negev from the point of view of the teachers came to a great extent and for all its fields. The results of the study on the individual statistical differences revealed that there were no statistically significant differences in the level of the responses of the sample members in the degree of human resources management secondary schools in the Negev from the point of view of teachers are attributed to the different variables: (gender, scientific qualification, years of experience, and specialization). The researchers recommend that the human resource planning process be accompanied by the rapid changes in the Palestinian society and that the school administration attract experts with human resource planning competencies. HR management provides a comprehensive information base on the characteristics of human resources management inside and outside the school. The school, its staff and its employees.
