هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن العلاقة بين فاعلية الذات ومستوى الطموح لدى طالبات الدبلوم العام في التربية، كما هدفت للكشف عن الفروق بين استجابات الطالبات تبعا لمتغيرات: (العمر، التخصص، الحالة الاجتماعية، والحالة الاقتصادية)، وقد اعتمدنا المنهج الوصفي. وتمثل مجتمع الدراسة في طالبات الدبلوم العام في التربية، حيث بلغ حجم العينة (68) طالبة تمثل المجتمع الكلي. أما أدوات جمع المعلومات هي مقياس فاعلية الذات ومقياس مستوى الطموح من إعداد الباحثة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: ارتفاع مستوى فاعلية الذات ومستوى الطموح لدى الطالبات وجود علاقة ارتباطيه ايجابية دالة في الأبعاد الكلية لمقياس فاعلية الذات، وبين مقياس فاعلية الذات ومقياس مستوى الطموح، عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائية في فاعلية الذات ومستوى الطموح لدى طالبات الدبلوم العام في التربية تبعا لمتغير العمر، عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائية في فاعلية الذات ومستوى الطموح لدى طالبات الدبلوم العام في التربية تبعا لمتغير التخصص(علمي - أدبي)، عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائية في فاعلية الذات ومستوى الطموح لدى طالبات الدبلوم العام في التربية تبعا لمتغير الحالة الاجتماعية، عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائية في فاعلية الذات ومستوى الطموح لدى طالبات الدبلوم العام في التربية تبعا لمتغير الوضع الاقتصادي. This study aims to investigate the relationship between self-efficacy and the level of aspiration among students of the general diploma in education and to investigate the differences responds of students depending on the following variables (age, specialization, social situation, economic situation), using an analytical descriptive approach. The study population is represented by female students of the general diploma in education, with a sample size of (68) female students. The tools for collecting information were the measure of self-efficacy and the level of ambition. The study reached a number of results, the most important of which are: high level of self-efficacy and level of aspiration among students. There is a positive correlation relationship between the measure of self-efficacy and the scale of the level of aspiration, the absence of statistical significance differences in self-efficacy and level of ambition depending on the variable of age, the absence of statistically significant differences in the effectiveness of the self-efficiency and the level of ambition according to the variable of specialization (scientific - literary), the absence of statistical significance differences in self - efficacy and level of ambition according to the variable of social situation, the absence of statistical significance differences between self-efficacy and level of ambition according to the variable of economic situation.
