هدفت الدراسة الحالية التعرف إلى درجة فاعلية خطة الإصلاح التعليمي في وزارة التربية والتعليم داخل الخط الأخضر وعلاقتها بتحسين الأداء المدرسي من وجهة نظر المعلمين، حيث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي، من خلال استخدام الاستبانة كأداة للدراسة، كما تم اختيار عينة طبقية عشوائية طبقية بلغت (232) فردا من مجتمع الدراسة، من معلمي وزارة التربية والتعليم داخل الخط الأخضر، خلال العام الدراسي (2016-2017). حيث تم تطبيق أداة الدراسة - بعد التأكد من صدقها وثباتها- والتي تتعلق بدرجة واقع الأداء المدرسي وتكونت من (18) فقرة موزعة على ثلاثة مجالات: الإدارة المدرسية، والبيئة المدرسية، وخدمة المجتمع المحلي. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة ممارسة الأداء المدرسي لدى معلمي وزارة التربية والتعليم داخل الخط الأخضر متوسطة، حيث جاءت المجالات جميعها بدرجة متوسطة، كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين المتوسطات الحسابية لتقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة على مجالات الاستبانة تعزى لمتغير الجنس ولمتغير الخبرة، بينما لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا بين المتوسطات الحسابية لتقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة على مجالات الاستبانة تعزى لمتغير المستوى التعليمي. The present study aimed to identify the degree of effectiveness of the educational reform plan in the Ministry of Education within the green line and its relation to improving the school performance from the point of view of the teachers of the ministry of education. The descriptive method was used by using the questionnaire as a study tool. (232) members of the study community, from teachers of the Ministry of Education within the green line, during the academic year (2016-2017). The study tool was applied after verifying its validity and stability (18) divided into three areas: school administration, school environment, and community service. The results of the study showed that the degree of performance of school performance among teachers of the Ministry of Education within the green line was medium. All fields were medium. The results of the study showed statistically significant differences between the arithmetical averages of the sample of the sample of the study sample on the fields of questionnaire, while there were no statistically significant differences between the arithmetic mean of the individuals of the study sample in the areas of the questionnaire due to the variable of the educational level.
