هدف البحث الكشف عن مستوى الشعور بالاغتراب النفسي لدى الطلبة المعاقين بصريا. وقد أجري على عينة قوامها(60) طالبا (30) ذكور، و(30) إناث ملتحقين بالأكاديمية الملكية للمكفوفين اختيروا عشوائيا. وقد تم تطوير مقياس الاغتراب النفسي للمعاقين بصريا، والتحقق من صدقه وثباته. تبين أن مستوى الاغتراب النفسي لدى المعاقين بصريا كان متوسطا، كما تبين وجود فروق بين الذكور والإناث لصالح الذكور، ووجود فروق في أبعاد الاغتراب النفسي تبعا لمتغير شدة الإعاقة، لصالح المكفوفين في كل من بعد العزلة الاجتماعية والعجز واللامعنى للحياة، ولصالح ضعاف البصر في بعدي اللامعيارية والتمرد، وتبعا لمتغير طبيعة الإعاقة، باستثناء بعد التمرد وكانت لصالح الإعاقة المكتسبة. وعدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا تبعا لمتغير مكان الإقامة، باستثناء بعد العزلة الاجتماعية وكانت لصالح الإقامة النهارية. ويوصي الباحث بإعداد برامج تدريبية وإرشادية لخفض مستوى الاغتراب النفسي لدى المعاقين بصريا. The research aimed to detect the level of psychological-alienation among the visually disabled students. The study was conducted on a sample of (60) students: (30) males and (30) females studying at the royal blind academy selected randomly. A scale of the psychological-alienation for the visually disabled, its validity and reliability were ensures. Results revealed that the level of psychological-alienation among the visually disabled students was moderate. There were statistically significant differences in the level of psychological-alienation due to the gender to the favor of males, and due to the disability severity to the favor of the blind the dimensions of social isolation, disability and the nonsense of life, and to the favor of the visually disabled in the non-standardization and rebellion. Differences were also significant due to the disability nature to the favor of the acquired disability, except in rebellion. There were no statistically significant differences due to the place of residence, with the exception of social isolation that was to the favor of the day stay. The researcher recommended to conduct training and counseling programs to reduce the level of psychological-alienation among the visually disabled. (Published abstract)
