هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرُّف مهارات التفكير المنتج الرياضي السائدة بالمرحلة المتوسطة ومستوى اكتسابها لدى طلاب الصف الأول المتوسط. ولتحقيق ذلك، اُستخدم المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والمسحي، وتم إعداد اختبار لهذه المهارات، ووزع على عينة قصدية قدرها (786) طالبًا وطالبة بالصف الأول من المدارس المتوسطة الحكومية (أي الصف السابع في ترتيب صفوف مراحل التعليم العام) التابعة لإدارتي التعليم بمدينتي أبها وجازان، تم تطبيقه نهاية الفصل الدراسي الثاني 1438ه/2016م. وقد توصلت النتائج إلى تحديد مهارات التفكير المنتج الرياضي السائدة بالمرحلة المتوسطة (التفسير، والتبرير، والاستنتاج، والافتراض، والطلاقة، والمرونة، والأصالة)، وكان مستوى اكتساب العينة لهذه المهارات (40.71%)؛ أي أقل من المستوى المقبول تربويًا، مع وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05) في مستوى اكتساب العينة لهذه المهارات تبعًا للنوع الاجتماعي لصالح الطلاب، ونوع الإدارة لصالح إدارة التعليم بأبها (عدا التفكير الإبداعي، لا يوجد فروق دالة إحصائيا). إضافة إلى ذلك، توجد علاقة ارتباطية طردية (موجبة) (0.37) بين مستويي اكتساب العينة لمهارات التفكير المنتج الناقد والإبداعي في الرياضيات. وفي ضوء النتائج، قدمت مجموعة من التوصيات. The study aimed to identify the predominant mathematical productive thinking skills for the intermediate stage and their acquisition level of the seventh graders. For realizing that, the descriptive method (analysis survey) used, a test of mathematical productive thinking skills was prepared, and distributed purposively to a sample of (786) seventh graders enrolled in the first grade of public intermediate schools belonging to the two educational administrations of Abha and Jazan cities during the end of the second term 1938ah/2016. Results revealed predominant mathematical productive thinking skills for the intermediate stage, and level of acquiring them for the sample was (40.71%), below the educationally acceptable level. There were significant mean score differences (α≤0.05) between male and female students in the level of acquiring these skills in favor of male students, and between the two educational administrations of Abha and Jazan in the level of acquiring these skills (except the creative thinking type) in favor of Abha's educational administration. Also, there was a positive correlative relationship (0.37) between the two levels of acquiring the sample of mathematical productive thinking skills (critical and creative). A number of recommendations were presented. (Published abstract)
