هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن واقع تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية في وظائف العمليات الإدارية لدى مديري المدارس الأردنية في محافظة العاصمة عمّان من وجهة نظر المديرين أنفسهم، وسبل تطورها، وفيما إذا كان هنالك فروقا تبعا لاختلاف نوع المدارس (حكومية وخاصة). لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدمت الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات، حيث تكونت من (45) فقرة موزعة على سبعة مجالات وهي: التخطيط الإلكتروني، والتنظيم الإلكتروني، والقيادة والتوجيه الإلكتروني، والاتصال الإلكتروني، واتخاذ القرار الإلكتروني، والرقابة الإلكترونية، والتقويم الإلكتروني. بعد التأكد من صدق الأداة وثباتها، تم تطبيقها على عينة عشوائية قوامها (330) مديرا ومديرة اختيروا بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة. أسفرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية كانت بدرجة "كبيرة"، وأن هناك فروقا ذات دلالة إحصائية (α=0.05) تعزى لأثر نوع المدارس في جميع المجالات وفي الدرجة الكلية، باستثناء مجالي التخطيط الإلكتروني والتنظيم الإلكتروني لصالح المدارس الخاصة. This study aimed at identifying the status of applying electronic management in the functions of administrative processes among the Jordanian schools principals in the capital governorate of Amman from the point of view of principals themselves, and the ways of developing them, and also whether this view is different by type of schools (public and private) to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was used as a tool for data collection; it consisted of (45) paragraphs, distributed in seven areas: electronic planning, electronic organization, electronic leadership and guidance, electronic communication, electronic decision making, electronic monitoring and electronic evaluation. After verifying the validity and stability of the tool, it was applied to a random sample of (330) principals who has been chosen by a simple random method the study results indicated that the degree of applying electronic management came in "high" degree, and that there were statistical significance differences (α = 0.05) due to the impact of the type of schools in all areas and in the overall grade, with the exception of the areas of electronic planning and electronic organizing in favor of private schools.
