The study aimed to reveal the role the role of administrative creativity in the discovery of talented teachers in Ajloun governorate from the point of view of the teachers themselves. The study used descriptive analytical method the tool consisted of a questionnaire distributed to a random sample of 294 teachers. The results showed that the role of administrative creativity in the discovery of talented teachers was )moderate(. The results also showed that there was a statistically significant difference at the level of (α≤.05) between the sample members and the differences were in favor of the postgraduate studies. Where there is no difference according to the variables (sex- years of experience). And according to the study recommended that the principals should take responsibility for the administrative decisions they take as role models for the teachers. (Published abstract)
