هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى صورة المرأة في كتب اللغة العربية للمرحلة الأساسية الأولى في فلسطين، ونسبة مشاركتها في تأليف الكتب، وظهورها في الصور والموضوعات مقارنة بالرجل، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم بناء قائمة خاصة بصورة المرأة اشتملت على ستة محاور رئيسة وهي: الأدوار الاجتماعية والأسرية، والأدوار الدينية والتاريخية، الأدوار السياسية والوطنية، والأدوار الاقتصادية، والأدوار المهنية، وصفات المرأة وشخصيتها، وأظهرت نتائج التحليل أن محور صفات المرأة وشخصيتها شكل النسبة الأعلى بين المكونات الخاصة بصورة المرأة بنسبة (35%)، ثم المحور الخاص بالأدوار المهنية بنسبة (28,3%)، ثم المحور الخاص بالأدوار الاجتماعية والأسرية بنسبة (26.8%)، ثم المحور الخاص بالأدوار السياسية والوطنية بنسبة (5,7%)، ثم المحور الخاص بالأدوار الاقتصادية بنسبة (2,8%)، وأخيرا المحور الخاص بالأدوار الدينية والتاريخية بنسبة (1,4%)، كما كشفت النتائج عن التحيز للرجل في تأليف الكتب فجاءت نسبة مشاركة المرأة (27.3%) مقابل (72.7%) للرجل، كما جاءت نسبة ظهورها في الصور بنسبة (30.8%) مقابل (69.2%) للرجل، وجاءت نسبة الموضوعات الخاصة بالمرأة (16%) مقابل (84%) للرجل. The study aimed to identify the image of the woman in the Arabic language books for the first elementary school in Palestine, and the percentage of their participation in writing books, and appearance in the pictures, themes, compared to man, and to achieve the objectives of the study a special list of the image of the woman was built that included six major axes: the social and family roles, the religious and historical roles, the political and national roles, economic roles, professional roles, and the qualities of woman and her character, and the study results showed the qualities of woman and her character had the highest percentage between the special components of the woman's image with average (35%) then the professional roles axis (28.3%) then the social and family roles (26.8%) the political and national roles(5.7%) then economic roles(2.8%), last the religious and historical roles(1.4%) also the results revealed bias for the man in writing books while the participation rate of woman (27.3%) compared to (72.7%) for the man, as was the proportion of their appearance in the images by (30.8%) versus (% 69.2) for man, while the proportion topics of women (16%) compared to (84%) of man.
