The aim of the research was to identify the effect of using self-questioning strategy according to the technical learning in the achievement of computer material among fourth grade students in the city of Mosul To achieve the research objective, the following hypothesis was formulated: There was no statistically significant difference between the average achievement of the students of the experimental group who studied the strategy of self-questioning according to the technical learning and the students of the control group who studied in the usual way. In order to carry out the research experiment, a sample of the fourth grade students was selected in Al-Qadisiya Girls' School in Mosul for the academic year 2017-2018. The total number of students was 82 distributed randomly in two groups. The experimental group consisted of (43) Self-questioning according to the technical learning, and the control group consisting of (39) students studied according to the usual method. The researcher prepared a computational test in the computer material, which is in the final form of (40) objective paragraphs of a multiple choice type. The test was characterized by honesty and consistency. The experiment was implemented in the first semester of the academic year (2017-2018). The teaching plans were prepared and continued for a full semester, with one lesson per week. The total lessons for both groups were 12 lessons. After the statistical data collection and analysis, the results showed the following: There is a statistically significant difference between the average collection of the two groups of research and for the benefit of the experimental group, and in light of the results of the research, the researcher came up with a number of conclusions and recommendations.
