The current research aims to identify the Level of flexibility of the students in the preparatory stage for the academic year 2017-2018 according to the gender variable of sex (male-female). The problem of the study was determined by level of the students in the preparatory stage. The basic research sample of (600) students were randomly selected from intermediate schools in the city of Mosul the center of Nineveh province the left side for the academic year (2017-2018) by (60) students from each school. The researcher also built the elasticity of Alana after studying a number of literature theories and previous studies the scale is of (5) fields and the scale is (43) paragraphs as final. The authenticity of the research tool was verified by presenting it to experts and specialists educational and psychological sciences. The discriminant force of the instrument was calculated and stability was calculated by means of retesting if Pearson correlation coefficient (0.081) And Alfa kronbach if the value of the stability (0.83). Data were statistically treated using the statistical bag for social sciences (SPSS) and relying on a number of other statistical means such as the correlation coefficient and testing Alzaia and Pearson correlation coefficient Altaia for one sample and test for two independent samples Altaia. The results showed that the students of the preparatory stage enjoyed a high level of flexibility for the total sample. There is a statistically significant relationship in the level of elasticity according to the sex variable (male-female) and in favor of males. (Published abstract)
