هدف البحث إلى الكشف عن تأثير تدريس مهارات أساسية بالكرة الطائرة بأسلوب العصف الذهني والامري في تنمية بعض القدرات الإبداعية الحركية لتلميذات الصف الخامس الابتدائي كذلك الكشف عن الفرق في الاختبار البعدي بين الأسلوبين العصف الذهني والامري في تنمية بعض القدرات الإبداعية الحركية لدى تلميذات الصف الخامس الابتدائي. اختيرت عينة البحث بالطريقة العشوائية من تلميذات الصف الخامس الابتدائي في مدرسة بركة الرحمن الابتدائية للبنات للعام الدراسي 2012-2013 وبلغ عدد إفراد العينة (50) تلميذة تم تقسيمهن إلى مجموعتين تجريبية وضابطة بالتساوي، تدرس المجموعة التجريبية بأسلوب العصف الذهني بينما المجموعة الضابطة تدرس بأسلوب الأمري، تم تجانس وتكافؤ عينة البحث بالمتغيرات ذات العلاقة، كما تم إعداد برنامج تعليمي على وفق اسلوب العصف الذهني والامري لتعليم بعض المهارات الأساسية بالكرة الطائرة. وقد خرجت الدراسة بعدد من النتائج كان أهمها إن المنهج الذي أعده الباحثان بأسلوب العصف الذهني له الأثر الواضح في تنمية بعض القدرات الإبداعية الحركية لتلميذات الخامس الابتدائي، كذلك حققت المجموعة التجريبية التي درست بأسلوب العصف الذهني فروقاً ذات دلالة معنوية في الاختبارات البعدية لبعض القدرات الإبداعية الحركية مقارنةً بالمجموعة الضابطة التي درست بالأسلوب الأمري.
