هدف البحث إلى تقديم تصور مقترح لاختيار الموارد البشرية المتمثلة بـ (الطلبة الموهوبين، والهيئة التعليمية، والهيئة الإدارية)، في مدرسة الموهوبين الثانوية بالجمهورية اليمنية في ضوء المعايير الدولية، ولتحقيق هدف البحث، اعتمد الباحث على أسلوب دلفاي (Delphi). وتوصل البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: حصلت الأداة ككل على درجة عالية جدًا؛ حيث حصلت في الجولة الأولى على النسبة (96.73%)، وارتفعت النسبة في الجولة الثانية إلى (97.28%)، وكان المدى بين الجولتين للأداة ككل يساوي (5.5%)، وهذا يشير إلى زيادة اتفاق الخبراء في آرائهم حول جميع محاور الأداة. The aim of the research is to present a proposed vision for the selection of human resources (gifted students, educational staff and administrative staff) in the secondary gifted school in the Republic of Yemen in the light of international standards, in the secondary school for gifted in the Republic of Yemen in the light of international standards, to achieve the goal of the research, the researcher adopted the method of (Delphi) in order to explore the views of experts (sample research), the number of (11) experts, the research reached a number of results, the most important; in the first round, the ratio was(96.73%), the second round increased to (97.28%), the range between the two rounds of the instrument as a whole was equal to (5.5%). This indicates an increased consensus of experts on their views. (Published abstract)
