هدفت الدراسة الى الكشف عن فاعلية الملف المهني المحوسب في تنمية التحصيل والطموح والاتجاه المهني لدى طالبات الصف العاشر بسلطنة عمان، وقد طبقت الباحثة برنامجا محوسبا واختبارا تحصيليا ومقياسين لمستوى الطموح والاتجاه المهني ، على مجموعتين؛ ضابطة وتجريبية مكونة من (50) طالبة بالصف العاشر، وقد أظهرت النتائج: 1) توجد فروق بين متوسطي درجات طالبات المجموعة التجريبية والضابطة في التطبيق البعدي في التحصيل لصالح المجموعة التجريبية. 2) توجد فروق بين متوسطي التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي للمجموعة التجريبية في التحصيل لصالح التطبيق البعدي. 3) توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات طالبات المجموعة التجريبية والضابطة في التطبيق البعدي في مستوى الطموح لصالح المجموعة التجريبية. 4) توجد فروق بين متوسطي التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي للمجموعة التجريبية في مستوى الطموح لصالح التطبيق البعدي. 5) توجد فروق بين متوسطي درجات طالبات المجموعة التجريبية والضابطة في التطبيق البعدي لمقياس الاتجاهات لصالح المجموعة التجريبية. 6) توجد فروق بين متوسطي التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي للمجموعة التجريبية على مقياس الاتجاهات لصالح التطبيق البعدي. The study aimed at uncovering the effectiveness of the computerized vocational file in the development of achievement, ambition and professional orientation among the tenth grade students in the Sultanate of Oman. The researcher applied a computerized program, a test of achievement and two measures of ambition and professional direction. on a sample of (50) students in grade tenth, The results showed differences between the average scores of the students of the experimental group and the control in the post-application in the achievement in favor of the experimental group, differences between the intermediate and post-experimental applications of the experimental group in the achievement of the post-application, differences between the mean scores of the experimental and control group students in the post-application in the level of ambition in favor of the experimental group, differences between the intermediate and post-experimental applications of the experimental group in the level of ambition in favor of the post-application, differences between the average scores of the experimental and control group students in the post application of the trend scale for the experimental group, and differences between the mean and remote application of the experimental group on the trend scale for the post application.
