تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح العلاقة بين تقدير الذات و التوافق الدراسي عند المعاقين بصريا و ذلك من خلال قياس تقدير الذات و التوافق الدراسي لدى هاته الفئة، أين طبق كل من مقياسي تقدير الذات لروزنبرغ و مقياس التوافق الدراسي ليونجمان. وسعت هذه الدراسة إلى المقارنة بين المعاقين بصريا المدمجين في المدارس العادية والمعاقين بصريا غير المدمجين و الذين يزاولون دراستهم في المدارس الخاصة بهم، طبقت الدراسة على عينة مكونة من: 18 تلميذ مدمجا، 20 تلميذ غير مدمج. وقد توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أهمية الدمج في تحقيق هذه العلاقة. This study aims to clarify the relationship between self-esteem and academic adjustment in visual impairments, both the Rosenberg self-esteem scale and academic adjustment the scale are used. The approach in this study is to compare between visual impairments integrated into normal schools to others who follow their schooling in specialized schools (non-integrated). The sample comprises 18 integrated children and 20 non-integrated. The results of the study held the importance of integration in the realization of this relationship and ended this study with some suggestions. (Published abstract)
