Knowledge of the effect of the Rogers model on the achievement of the geography of the second intermediate students and their attitudes toward the material. For the purpose of verifying the objective of the research the following two hypotheses were established: 1) There was no statistically significant difference at (0.05) between the average score of the students of the experimental group studied according to the Rogers model and the average scores of the students of the control group which were studied according to the usual method in the achievement test. 2) There was no statistically significant difference at (0.05) between the average score of the students of the experimental group which was studied according to the Rogers model and the average score of the students of the control group studied according to the normal method This research identifies: 1) Students of the second grade intermediate in the middle of the Alilaf Girls affiliated Directorate of Education Baghdad / Rusafa 3. 2) The first four chapters of the geography book for the second intermediate grade (I2009). 3) The second semester of the academic year 2016/2017. Two random groups were chosen from the average second grade. The experimental group was studied according to the Rogers model and (c) according to the normal method. The researcher chose the partial experimental design and the post-test for collection and direction Towards Article The research sample was rewarded in several variables. In order to achieve the objective of the research the researcher prepared a collection test consisting of (40) multi-test and multi. The students of the experimental group in the achievement test and the geographical orientation measure exceeded the students of the control group. In the light of the results the researcher concluded that the adoption of the Rogers model has an impact on achievement and direction. In light of this the researcher has made a number of recommendations and suggestions related to the results of the research. (Published Abstract)
