تسعى وزارة التربية والتعليم في انحاء المعمورة على تطوير قدرات ومهارات طلبتها لاستيعاب مفرداتها وتراكيبها اللغوية باختيار افضل طرائق التدريس وابتكار الأساليب التي تمكن المدرسين في تدعيم وتطوير العملية التربوية، وفي العراق من خلال ملاحظة نسب النجاح للسنوات الخمـس الأخيرة نجد تدنيا مستمرا في مستويات النجاح في الأمتحانات العامة للدراسة الأعدادية وعلى وجه الخصوص في هذه المادة ما يتطلب القاء الضوء على الأسباب الحقيقية لهذه المشكلة بهدف وضع الحلول وايجاد افضل الوسائل لوضع حد لهذا الأنحدار والتدهور في تدريس هذه المادة وهذا ما دعا الباحث الى دراسة هذه الظاهرة من خلال تبيان هذه العلاقة بين درجات اللغة الإنكليزية ومجموع الدرجات في الأمتحانات الوزارية للدراسة الأعدادية الأمر الذي يستدعي من القائمين على العملية التربوية ان يتحروا عن ادوات جديدة يمكن ان تدخل المناهج من جهة، وتطوير قدرات وكفاءة المدرسين من جهة اخرى. The Ministry of Education around the globe seeks to develop the abilities and skills for the pupils to learning all particulars and compositions by choosing the best language teaching methods and innovative techniques that enable teachers to consolidate and develop the educational process, in Iraq by observing the success rates of five years ago. We are showing continuing decline in the levels of success in public examinations for secondary studying in particular, in this article, which requires knowing the real reasons for this problem to solutions and find the best means to put an end rally for this decline in the teaching of this article. This calls a researcher to study this phenomenon by showing the relationship between the degree of English language and the total scores in examinations of the ministerial preparatory study, which requires the based on the educational process to investigate new tools which can be used curricula on the one hand, and developing the capability and efficiency of teachers on the other.
