هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على الاحتياجات التدريبية لعمداء الكليات ووكلائها بجامعة القصيم في ضوء رؤية المملكة العربية السعودية 2030. وتكونت عینة الدراسة من 72 من عمداء الكليات ووكلائها في جامعة القصيم، وتم تطبيق استبانة تكونت من 43 فقرة موزعة على خمسة مجالات. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة: أن تقديرات أفراد الدراسة لجميع الاحتياجات التدريبية جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة للمجالات وفق الترتيب الآتي: التخطيط الاستراتيجي، والقيادة الإدارية الفاعلة، والتمكين المهني، والعلاقات الإنسانية، وأخيرًا الأنشطة المرافقة للتعليم، وعدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيًا بين متوسط تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة عند جميع المجالات ككل، تعزى لمتغير الرتبة العلمية. ووجود فروق دالة إحصائيًا بين متوسطات تقديراتهم تعزى لمتغير الكلية، وذلك لصالح تقديرات العمادة المساندة، وأن هناك فروقًا دالة إحصائيًا بين متوسطات تقديراتهم تعزى لمتغير الخبرة الإدارية، وذلك لصالح تقديرات ذوي الخبرة الإدارية أقل من 3 سنوات، ومن 3 - 6 سنوات. وكان من أبرز توصیات الدراسة إعطاء الاحتياجات التدريبية لعمداء الكليات ووكلائها وفق رؤية المملكة العربية السعودية 2030 الدعم الكافي ضمن الخطة الاستراتيجية للجامعة. The study aimed to identify the training needs for the deans and vice- deans of faculties at University of Qassim in light of the vision of the kingdom of Saudi Arabia 2030. The study sample consisted of 72 deans and vice-deans of faculties at University of Qassim. The questionnaire consisted of 43 items was applied. It was distributed into five aspects. The study results showed that the rates of the study subjects for all the training needs were high for the aspects according to the following order: strategic planning, effective administrative leadership, professional empowerment, human relations and finally the activities accompanying to teaching. There were no statistically significant differences between the average rates of the study sample at all aspects as a whole, attributable to the scientific grade variable. There were statistically significant differences between the average rates of the study sample attributed to the variable of faculty and in favor of the rates of supporting deanship. There were statistically significant differences between the average rates of the study sample attributed to the variable of administrative experience in favor of the rates of those who have less than 3 years’ managerial experience and those whose experience ranges from 3 to 6 years. The study mainly recommends providing the deans and vice- deans the training needs in accordance with the vision of the kingdom of Saudi Arabia 2030 as well as the sufficient support within the strategic plan of the University.
