هدفت الدّراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن دور التربية الفنيّة في خفض الضغوط النفسية والعنف المدرسي لدى طلبة المرحلة الأساسيّة، ولتحقيق هدف الدِّراسة تم اختيار عينة عشوائية مكونة من (350) طالبًا وطالبة من المدارس التابعة لمدينة إربد، وقد تمَّ استخدام المنهج الوصفي لغايات الدِّراسة، إذ أعدت استبانة مكونة من قسمين؛ الأول: تناول دور التربية الفنيَّة في خفض الضغوط النفسية، والثاني: تناول دور التربية الفنيَّة في خفض العنف المدرسي، وبعد التأكد من صدق الأداة وثباتها تمَّ تطبيقها على أفراد العينة، وقد أظهرت النتائج دورًا متوسطًا للتربية الفنية في خفض الضغوط النفسية والعنف المدرسي، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (a=0.05) تعزى لأثر الجنس في دور التربية الفنيَّة في تخفيف الضغوط النفسية، وذلك لصالح الذكور، في حين لم تظهر فروق ذات دلالة تعزى لمتغير الصّف في دور التربية الفنيّة في تخفيف الضغوط النفسية، كما أشارت النتائج إلى عدم ظهور فروق ذات دلالة تعزى لأثر الجنس أو الصّف لدور التربية الفنيّة في خفض العنف المدرسي. The aim of this study was to explore the role of art education in reducing psychological stress and reduce violence at elementary schools. In order to achieve the aim of the study, a random sample of 350 students was selected from the schools of Irbid. The descriptive approach was used for the purposes of this study. A questionnaire was used and it has two parts: first, the role of art education in reducing psychological stress; second, the role of art education in reducing violence in schools. After checking the validity and reliability of the questionnaire, it was distributed to the students. The results showed that there is a mediation role of art education in reducing psychological stress and school violence. On the other hand, the results indicated that there is a statistical significance (α= 0.05) attributed to gender role of art education. The differences were in favor of male student. On the other hands, there was a non-significant relationship between the grade level and art education in reducing psychological stress. Also, the results indicated that there was a non-significant relationship between the gender, class and the role of art education in reducing school violence. (Published abstract)
