هدف البحث إلى قیاس أثر المدونة التعلیمیة فی تنمیة مهارات القراءة الإلكترونیة لدى طلاب الصف الأول الثانوی العام وقد قام الباحث لاختیار عینة البحث وهي ستون طالبا وطالبة من طلاب الصف الأول الثانوي وقسمت العینة إلى بطریقة عشوائیة عنقودیة لمجموعتین: تجریبیة تتكون من 30 طالبا وطالبة، وضابطة وتتكون من 30 طالبا وطالبة، وتم إجراء المعالجة التجریبیة (المدونة المقترحة) على المجموعة التجریبیة، أما المجموعة الضابطة فقد درست بالطریقة التقلیدیة، كما قام الباحث بإعداد واستخدام أربع وسائل ومواد فی البحث هي: قائمة مهارات القراءة الإلكترونیة، اختبار مهارات القراءة الإلكترونیة، المدونة المقترحة، دلیل المعلم. وقد توصلت نتائج البحث إلى أن هناك فرق دال إحصائیا بین متوسطي درجات المجموعتین التجریبیة والضابطة في القیاس البعدي لمهارات القراءة لصالح التجریبیة. وتفرعت من هذا النتیجة النتائج الآتیة: 1) إن هناك فرق دال إحصائیا بین متوسطي درجات المجموعتین التجریبیة والضابطة فی القیاس البعدي لمهارة التصمیم لصالح التجریبیة. 2) وجود فرق دال إحصائیا بین متوسطي درجات المجموعتین التجریبیة والضابطة فی القیاس البعدي لمهارة التعامل مع البیانات لصالح التجریبیة. 3) وجود فرق دال إحصائیا بین متوسطي درجات المجموعتین التجریبیة والضابطة فی القیاس البعدي لمهارة الفهم القرائي لصالح التجریبیة. كما توصلت نتائج البحث إلى وجود فرق دال إحصائیا بین متوسطي درجات المجموعة التجریبیة فی القیاسین القبلي والبعدي لمهارات القراءة ككل لصالح البعدي. وتفرعت من هذا النتیجة النتائج الآتیة: 1) وجود فرق دال إحصائیا بین متوسطي درجات المجموعة التجریبیة فی القیاسین القبلي والبعدي لمهارة التصمیم لصالح البعدي. 2) وجود فرق دال إحصائیا بین متوسطي درجات المجموعة التجریبیة فی القیاسین القبلي والبعدي لمهارة التعامل مع البیانات لصالح البعدي. 3) وجود فرق دال إحصائیا بین متوسطي درجات المجموعة التجریبیة فی القیاسین القبلي والبعدي لمهارة الفهم القرائی لصالح البعدي. وأوصى الباحث باستخدام المدونات التعلیمیة لتنمیة المهارات القرائیة الإلكترونیة لجمیع المراحل الدراسیة، وتفعیل المدونات التعلیمیة فی تنمیة مهارات اللغة العربیة. The research aims to measure the impact of the suggested blog for the development of electronic reading skills in first grad secondary year students to learn this effect the researcher selected a sample of community. The first secondary grad students and their number (60) students. Divided into random cluster manner to two groups: experimental and control group, (30 students) in each group. Experience has been applied to the search sample. The researcher prepared and used four tools and materials in the researcher. Which is a list of skills for electronic reading, electronic reading testing, suggested blog, teacher's guide. The results of the search has found there is a statistically significant between the mean (average) scores of the experimental group and control group. In the post test (dimensional measurement) of reading skills as a whole for the benefit of the experimental group and branched out from this results the following results: there statistically significant difference between the mean scores of students of the experimental group and control group in the post test of the designing skills for the experimental group. There statistically significant difference between the mean scores of students of the experimental group and control group in the post test of dealing with data skills for the experimental group. There statistically significant difference between the mean scores of students of the experimental group and control group in the post test of reading comprehension skills for the experimental group. Research results also found to have a statistically significant between the mean scores of the experimental group in the two measurements prior and subsequent to the reading skills as whole for the benefit of the post. And it branched out from this result the following results: there statistically significant difference between the mean scores of students of the experimental group in the two measurements prior and subsequent to the designing skills for the benefit of the post there statistically significant difference between the mean scores of students of the experimental group in the two measurements prior and subsequent of dealing with data skills for the benefit of the post there statistically significant difference between the mean scores of students of the experimental group in the two measurements prior and subsequent o of reading comprehension skills for the benefit of the post. As recommended by the researcher using the educational blogs to development electronic reading skills of all educational levels as recommended by the necessity of activating the role of educational blogs in the development achievement in the Arabic language.
