The aim of the research is to provide an analytical study of the reality of the training process for the women teams in the directorates of Baghdad Governorate and the ways to improve them. The researcher used the survey method on a sample of female and male trainers, and players. The researcher concluded that the axis of the player achieved positive results and was not an obstacle to the requirements of training for the advancement of women sports because of the existence of women base in accordance with the physical, skillful, mental, and psychological specifications, availability of talent, and the desire for training. The axis of the female and male trainer achieved positive results and was not an obstacle to the requirements of training for the advancement of the women's school sports because there is a female or male trainer who knows the scientific developments, sports achievements, and he/she has a leadership and educational personality. The axis of possibilities and equipment was an obstacle in front of the development and advancement of women's school sports because of the lack of women halls, lack of equipment, lack of transport vehicles, and lack of monthly salaries prevented the regularity and continuity of training. The axis of planning achieved positive results and was not an obstacle to the requirements of training for the advancement of the women's school sports. The axis of care of the women school teams was an obstacle to the development and advancement of the women's school sports in Iraq for the lack of social security, health security, livelihood security, and employment security of female players. The researcher recommended the support of women's school sports and strengthen its participation in the international competitions, seminars, studies, and the sports specialized conferences at all local and external levels, and raising the technical and administrative level of the women's sports activity in Iraq through providing the social security, health security, requirements and possibilities of sports, and removing the obstacles that stand in front of it.
