هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن أثر برنامج الإرشاد المهني في تحسين مستوى النضج المهني والميول المهنية لدى طلاب الصف العاشر في الأردن. وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من (45) طالبًا، وُزِّعوا في مجموعتين؛ مجموعة تجريبية تكونت من (23) طالبًا، ومجموعة مضبوطة تكونت من (22) طالبًا. وأُخضِعت المجموعة التجريبية لبرنامج تدريبي في الإرشاد المهني، ولم تُخْضَع المجموعة المضبوطة لهذا البرنامج أو أي برنامج تدريبي آخر. وقد أشارت النتائج إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المجموعتين التجريبية والمضبوطة، في كلٍّ من النضج المهني، والميول المهنية لصالح المجموعة التجريبية. The present study aimed to explore the impact of a proposed vocational guidance program on the vocational maturity and interest levels of tenth grade students in Jordan. The sample study consists of 45 students. The students were divided into two groups. The first group is the experimental group which consists of 23 students. The second group is the control group which consists of 22 students. The experimental group members were enrolled in the proposed vocational guidance program. However, the control group members were not enrolled in the latter program nor in any other training program. The results show that there are statistically significant differences between the control and experimental groups in terms of the vocational maturity and interest levels. The latter differences are for the favor of the experimental group. (Published abstract)
