هدف البحث الحالي التعرف على مستوى التفكير العلمي لدى طلبة كلية الزراعة وعلاقته بثقافتهم العلمية، ولتحقيق هدف البحث تم وضع مجموعة من التساؤلات التي تضمنت التساؤل حول علاقة التفكير العلمي بالثقافة العلمية لدى طلبة الصف الاول قسم التربة كلية الزراعة، وللإجابة على تلك التساؤلات شمل مجتمع البحث (64) من الطلبة وبعد الاستبعاد (10) من الطلبة لتغيبهم اصبحت عينة البحث (54) من الطلبة للعام الدراسي (2017 - 2018) وتم اعداد اختبار التفكير العلمي والذي يتكون من (36) فقرة موضوعية من الاختيار من المتعدد وتم استخدام مقياس (حمودي، الاء فايق، 2016) المتكون من (74) فقرة موزعة على معايير الثقافة العلمية وبعد تطبيق الاداتين على عينة البحث ومعالجة البيانات اظهرت نتائج البحث كانت العلاقة بين التفكير العلمي والثقافة العلمية ومتوسطة وان مستوى التفكير العلمي ضعيف اما مستوى الثقافة العلمية جيدة وان نتائج البحث تشير إلى تدريس مادة الفيزياء باستخدام الطرائق الحديثة وتنمية التفكير العلمي تعتمد على صفات الشخص المثقف وعلى مسايرة التفكير العلمي وفهم طبيعة العلم والبيئة. The present research aims at identifying the level of scientific thinking among the students of the college of Agriculture and its relationship with their scientific culture. To achieve this aim, a number of inquiries were set, among which the question that asks about the relationship with their scientific culture among freshmen students of the department of Soil in the college of Agriculture. The research sample included (64) students, (10) students were excluded for not showing up. So, the research sample became (54) students enrolled in the academic year 2017-2018. The measuring scale of the scientific thinking consisted of (36) objective items of the multiple choice type. The scale proposed by (Hammoudi, Alaa Faiq, 2016) which is composed of 74 items distributed among the criteria of scientific culture. After applying the two scales and processing the obtained data, we concluded that the relationship between scientific thinking and scientific culture was average, and that the level of scientific thinking was weak, while the level of scientific culture was good.
