Despite the tremendous development in the field of teaching and learning technologies and the efforts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to prepare its students for technology through its packages of courses that help students to use modern teaching techniques and the ministry of education to provide continuous training programs to raise the level of teachers on the use of technology in teaching, despite the aforementioned efforts in the preparation of the physical education teacher, the survival of traditional strategies and methods in the teaching of physical education is still more used with the non-placement of technology in education, so the study aims to identify the competencies of the education technology of physical education teachers in the area and the extent of placement in the education process through technological knowledge, the effective use of technological techniques, the design and production of educational materials, the researcher used the descriptive analytical method, where the questionnaire was used by the researcher to identify the views of physical education teachers in Al Baha region about the competencies of the physical education. Education technology and extent and employment in the education process, and after the collection and processing of data statistically the results showed that the degree of competencies of technological knowledge, the effective use of technological techniques, the design and production of educational materials, evaluation and planning of the lesson by using one of the methods of teaching technology, using word and word processor to prepare lessons, organizing the educational content in a manner consistent with the sequence of behavioral goals, making decisions related to in the development and evaluation of different educational means. There were also differences and interactive effects among the teachers of physical education in Al Baha region in the recruitment of technology according to the teaching experience.
