This research aims to measure the effectiveness of a training program based on flipped classroom strategy by using video podcasting technology in developing skills of voluntary activities among students of Bisha University and their attitudes towards it through finding answers to the following questions: 1) what are the skills of voluntary activities need to be developed among students of Bisha University? 2) What are the specifications of the proposed training program based on flipped classroom strategy in developing skills of voluntary activities among students and their attitudes toward it? 3) What is the effectiveness of a training program based on flipped classroom strategy using a video podcasting technology in developing skills of voluntary activities among students of Bisha University? 4) What is the effectiveness of a training program based on flipped classroom strategy using video podcasting technology in developing attitudes among students of Bisha University towards voluntary activities? In order to answer the research questions, the researcher used experimental methodology based on Qwazi experimental design. After the application of the experiment and treatment of statistical data, the research came out with the following results: 1) there were statistically significant differences exist in developing skills of voluntary activities among students in favor of the post-test measurement. 2) There were statistically significant differences exist in developing attitudes of voluntary activities among students in favor of the post-test measurement. Based on the findings, the research came out with several recommendations and proposals. It recommended that university staff is to be trained in using the flipped classroom strategy in teaching. It, also, proposed that a similar study to be carried out among a sample of female university students and compare its results with the results of this study. (Published abstract)
