The aim of the research is to find out the relation between the speed of the kinetic response and its contribution to accuracy scoring and to find the equation of the accuracy of scoring in handball players in the preparatory schools, in terms of kinetic response speed, the researchers hypothesized that there was a significant correlation between the speed of the kinetic response and the accuracy of the scoring. The researchers used the descriptive approach and the correlative relations to suit the nature of the research. The research society was identified by handball players in Al Amal - education of Rusafa/2 ,the number of sample (25) player chosen by deliberate way, and the tools used in the research test to measure the speed of kinetic response and choose to measure the accuracy of scoring and concluded the researcher to develop a predictive equation through which to predict (accuracy scoring),in terms of (the kinetic response speed),and that the accuracy of scoring related to the relationship with the speed of kinetic response and recommended the researcher to study the relationship between the accuracy of scoring and other variables (physical, mental, psychological, etc.),to determine their contribution, and the development of predictive equations, to predict them through these variables.
