هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى بحث العلاقة بين قلق المستقبل والفاعلية الذاتية لدى عينة مكونة من (301) طالب وطالبة بتخصص (الحاسب الآلي، إدارة الأعمال) من طلبة كلية المجتمع بجامعة حائل، وقد استخدم الباحث مقياس قلق المستقبل إعداد الشقير (2005)، ومقياس الفاعلية الذاتية إعداد العدل (2001)، وبعد جمع المعلومات وتحليل النتائج عبر التحليل الإحصائي (SPSS)، وجدت الدراسة عدة نتائج ومن أهمها: توجد علاقة عكسية ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0,01) في أغلب معاملات الارتباط لأبعاد قلق المستقبل والدرجة الكلية مع الفاعلية الذاتية عدا بعد قلق الصحة والموت والذي لم يكن دالا إحصائيا، وهذه النتيجة تشير إلى وجود ارتباط سلبي بين قلق المستقبل والفاعلية الذاتية حيث صاحب ارتفاع قلق المستقبل انخفاض في الفاعلية الذاتية لدى طلبة كلية المجتمع بجامعة حائل. This study aimed to investigate the relationship between future anxiety and self-efficacy among a sample (n 301) of male and female students enrolled in the Computer Sciences and Business Administration Majors at Community College, Hail University. The researcher adopted the Future Anxiety Scale (Shoqair, 2005) and the Self-Efficacy Scale (Al-Adel, 2001). Data of the study was collected and analyzed using SPSS. The study revealed a number of findings, the most important of which are: There is a statistically significant negative correlation at the level of (0.01) in most of the correlation coefficients of the future anxiety sub-scales, and the overall score of the Self-Efficacy Scale apart from the Health and Death Anxiety sub-scale which was not statistically significant. This result indicates that there is a negative correlation between future anxiety and self-efficacy where the increase in the future anxiety was accompanied by a decrease in the self-efficacy among Community College students at Hail University.
