هدفت هذه الدراسة للتعرف على: مستوى إلمام معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية في مدارس مدينة عرعر بثقافة جودة التعليم. ومتطلبات تطبيق جودة التعليم لدى معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية في مدينة عرعر. والصعوبات التي يواجهها معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية في تطبيق ثقافة جودة التعليم في المدارس الابتدائية بمدينة عرعر. والمقترحات التي تساهم في تطبيق جودة التعليم لدى معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية في مدارس مدينة عرعر، واعتمدت هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي المسحي وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية بالإدارة العامة للتربية والتعليم بمدينة عرعر خلال الفصل الدراسي الأول من العام 1435هـ، والبالغ عددهم (1123) معلماً، وقد تم أخذ عينة من مجتمع الدراسة بعدد (450) معلما والتي تمثل 40% من مجتمع الدراسة. وتم اختيار هذه العينة بطريقة عشوائية بسيطة. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة ما يلي: 1) تسهم عملية تطبيق الجودة التعليمية بشكل عام في جودة المخرجات النهائية للعملية التعليمية. 2) هناك مستوى مرتفع من ثقافة الجودة يتمتع به معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية في مدينة عرعر. 3) لتطبيق الجودة التعليمية لا بد من توافر مجموعة من المتطلبات، يأتي في مقدمتها: أ) توفير المتطلبات الالكترونية، والتخطيط السليم والتنظيم الفعال. ب) تدريب المعلمين على التقنيات والأجهزة والمعدات الحديثة المستخدمة في العملية التعليمية، وتوفير البيئة المناسبة في المدرسة. ج) تحسين جودة التعليم بشكل مستمر، وفتح المجال للأفكار الإبداعية للمعلمين في عملية تطوير التعليم. د) توفير تدريب مستمر للمعلمين على أساليب طرق التدريس والتغذية الراجعة، وكذلك نشر مفاهيم الجودة بين المعلمين. هـ) مسايرة التطورات الحديثة في مجالات التعليم. 4) هناك مجموعة من الصعوبات تواجه معلمي المدارس الابتدائية في منها: أ) ضعف مساهمة وإقبال أولياء الأمور في الأنشطة التي تقيمها المدرسة ب) ضعف توافر الأجهزة والمعدات الإلكترونية في المدارس. ج) غموض مفهوم الجودة التعليمية لدى المعلمين. د) قلة إشراك المعلمين بالدورات التدريبية. هـ) وأن من العوامل التي تساعد على تطبيق جودة التعليم هي: توفير البيئة المناسبة في المدرسة، وإشراك المعلمين ببرامج تدريبية في مجال تطبيقات الجودة التعليمية، وتحسين مخرجات العملية التعليمية بشكل مستمر. This study aimed to identify the level of knowledge of primary school teachers in the schools of the city of Arar culture of quality education. Identify the application of the quality of education at the primary school teachers in the city of Arar requirements. Identify the difficulties faced by primary school teachers in the application of the culture of the quality of education in primary schools in Arar. Identify proposals that contribute to the application of the quality of education at the primary school teachers in the schools of the city of Arar. This study relied on the method descriptive survey and the study population consisted of all primary teachers General Directorate of Education in Arar during the first semester of 1435 AH year, totaling (1123) teacher, it was decided to take a sample of the study population number (450) teacher and which representing 40% of the study population. This sample was selected simple random manner. And the results of the study showed the following: 1) In general educational quality in the application of the quality of the final output of the educational process contribute to the process. 2) There is a high level of quality culture enjoyed by primary school teachers in the city of Arar. 3) The application of educational quality there must be a set of requirements, comes in the forefront: a) Providing electronic requirements, and proper planning and effective regulation. b) Teacher training on techniques and modern instruments and equipment used in the educational process, and provide a suitable environment in the school. c) Improving the quality of education on an ongoing basis, and open the way for creative ideas for teachers in the process of the development of education. d) Provide ongoing training for teachers on methods of teaching methods and feedback, as well as the deployment of quality concepts among teachers. e) To keep pace with the modern developments in the fields of education. 4) A set of difficulties facing the Primary school teachers in which: The weakness of the contribution and the enthusiasm of parents in the activities organized by the school.
