هدف البحث إلى دراسة العلاقة بين الإنهاك النفسي والذكاء الوجداني والصلابة النفسية. وبلغ حجم العينة 224 معلماً ومعلمة في بعض المدارس الابتدائية في محافظة البصرة. واستخدمت الباحثة المقاييس الآتية: مقياس الإنهاك النفسي؛ مقياس الذكاء الوجداني؛ مقياس الصلابة النفسية. كما تم استخدام مجموعة من الأساليب الإحصائية، منها: مُعامل ارتباط بيرسون؛ الاختبار التائي، الوزن النسبي، تحليل الانحدار المتعدد. وقد توصل البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: وجود علاقة ارتباطية سالبة دالة إحصائياً بين الإنهاك النفسي والذكاء الوجداني، وكذلك علاقة ارتباطية سالبة بين الإنهاك النفسي والصلابة النفسية، وعلاقة ارتباطية موجبة دالة إحصائية بين الذكاء الوجداني والصلابة النفسية. كما أشارت النتائج إلى وجود فروق ذوات دلالة إحصائية بين مرتفع ومنخفض الذكاء الوجداني على مقياس الإنهاك النفسي لصالح منخفضي الذكاء الوجداني؛ ووجود فروق ذوات دلالة إحصائية بين مرتفعي ومنخفضي الصلابة النفسية على مقياس الإنهاك النفسي، لصالح منخفضي الصلابة النفسية؛ ووجود دالة بين المعلمين والمعلمات على مقياس الإنهاك النفسي لصالح المعلمات، وفروق بين المعلمين والمعلمات على مقياس الإنهاك النفسي وفق متغير سنوات الخبرة لصالح المعلمين ذوي الخبرة أقل من خمس سنوات. The current research aim to study the relation between the Burnout and each of Emotional Intelligence and psychological Hardiness. The sample of research consisted of 224 male/female teachers at primary education schools of Basrah. A combination of scales was used in this research including: a scale of Burnout, scale of Emotional Intelligence, a scale of psychological Hardiness. Research used Statistical method as follow: Correlation of Person, T-test, the relative weight (perception) and multiple regression analysis the research outcome related the following: There is negative correlation between Emotional Intelligence and Burnout. There is negative correlation between Hardiness and Burnout. There is positive correlation between Emotional Intelligence and Hardiness, and there is a significant statistical difference between the higher and low Emotional Intelligence in the Burnout in favor of teachers with low Emotional intelligence. There is a significant statistical difference between the higher and low psychological hardiness in the burnout in favor of teachers with low hardiness. There is a significant statistical difference between males and females in burnout in favor of females. There is a significant statistical difference between years of experience on the teachers in burnout favor of less years of experience. (Published abstract)
