This study aimed at reaching a proposed formula for the development of the policies of acceptance and preparation of the teacher in Saudi Arabia to become a knowledge society in light of the experiences of Singapore and Finland. These aspects were adopted in adopting a new educational philosophy to prepare the teacher in the knowledge society, adopting standards of acceptance of universal preparation and evaluation, Their professional authority and the guarantee of their rights, the orientation towards education and teachers, as well as the high implementation of teacher acceptance and development policies, The study recommended that decision makers should adopt the processes of developing the policies of acceptance and preparation of the teacher in each of these aspects. It also recommended conducting studies and scientific researches in each of these policies in order to gain more knowledge of the latest international practices and to benefit from them in the development of the policies of acceptance and preparation of teachers in the Kingdom To transform into a knowledge society. and attention to future directions for such policies. (Published Abstract)
