The environment that surrounds the individual plays a very important role in improving his creativity especially the educationally one. It helps to form creative open minds able to exceed the present and criticize it doting creativity. Such environment can't achieve its aims unless it provides material and moral help which activates the creative abilities of pupils. One of the main possibility is the good teacher because he is the engine of this process especially when he is surrounded by a very well organized plan and a good flexible administration which has a very important role in promoting the pupils creativity.
