The present study aimed to build an objective test to measure achievement codified collection of students of the fourth year the average per unit of natural numbers and the numbers are speaking within the prescribed mathematics curriculum, and the verification of the psychometric characteristics. It has been using the calendar as a research methodology appropriate to achieve the objectives of the research. The study sample consisted of 506 male and female pupils. The study was produced rationed achievement test in mathematics enjoys the truth that has been ascertained by the content and sincerity comparison peripheral sincerity and steadiness that has been calculated by Kiodr- Richardson equation (KR-21) Also has a test that has been built for ease and accepted the difficulty and discrimination transactions. The test is also available on the totalitarian property that has been identified by measures of central tendency and distribution curve equinoctial. In the latter it has been extracted from the interpretation of standards enables pupils which is to grading standard performance. (Published Abstract)
