هدف البحث إلى تطوير التدريب الإلكتروني باستخدام التعلم الكوكبي لرفع المستوى المهاري لاستخدام الفصول الإلكترونية في العملية التعليمية بجامعة حائل؛ وقام الباحث بتصميم بطاقة لملاحظة الأداء المهاري الخاص باستخدام الفصول الإكترونية، وكذلك بتصميم مقياس للاتجاه نحو الفصول الإلكترونية. وقد تم اختيار عينة استطلاعية من 38 عضو هيئة تدريس، كما تكونت المجموعة التجريبية من 48 عضو هيئة تدريس بجامعة حائل من تخصصات وجنسيات مختلفة، حيث تمت المقارنة من خلال القياس القبلي والبعدي لتلقي التدريب الإلكتروني بأسلوب التعلم الكوكبي. توصلت نتائج البحث إلى وجود فرق دال إحصائياً بين متوسطي درجات أعضاء هيئة التدريس في بطاقة ملاحظة الأداء المهاري الخاص باستخدام الفصول الإلكترونية القبلي والبعدي، لصالح التطبيق البعدي، وذلك بعد تطبيق البرنامج التدريبي باستخدام التعلم الكوكبي؛ كما توصّلت النتائج إلى وجود فرق دال إحصائيا بين متوسطي درجات أعضاء هيئة التدريس في مقياس الاتجاه لاستخدام الفصول الإلكترونية القبلي والبعدي، لصالح التطبيق البعدي وذلك بعد تطبيق البرنامج التدريبي باستخدام التعلم الكوكبي. The objective of the current research is to develop E-training based on Planet learning to raise the skillful level of using E-classrooms throughout the educational process at Hail University. A sample was designed to observe the skillful performance of using E-classrooms and a measure was also developed to move towards E-classrooms. An explorational sample of (38) faculty staff members was chosen while the experimental was consisted of (48) faculty staff members of different specializations and nationalities at Hail University. A comparison has been made through the pre and post measurement of receiving e-training throughout plant learning style. The results of the study showed that there was a statistically significant difference between the average grades of the faculty staff members in the skillful performance test of using E- classes for the post-measurement after applying the training program using Planet learning as well as the existence of a statistically significant difference between the average grades of the faculty staff members in the pre- and post-measurement of moving towards using the E- classes of the post application after applying the training program using Planet learning.
