هدف البحث الحالي إلى وضع تصور مقترح لتطوير أداء معلمي العلوم الشرعية في ضوء متطلبات عصر التقنية الرقمية وتحسين اتجاهاته نحوها. وقد استخدم الباحث في هذا البحث كلاً من: المنهج الوصفي لتحديد قائمة المهارات اللازم توافرها لدى معلمي العلوم الشرعية في ضوء متطلبات عصر التقنيات الرقمية، والمنهج شبه التجريبى لتجريب برنامج مقترح لإحدى هذه المهارات، واستخدم من تصميمات هذا المنهج طريقة المجموعة الواحدة. وقد أعد الباحث المواد التعليمية وأدوات البحث التي تمثلت في استبانة لمعلمي العلوم الشرعية لتحديد درجة التمكن من المهارات اللازم توافرها لديهم، وبرنامج تدريبي لتنمية إحدى مهارات استخدام التقنية "استخدام نظم إدارة التعلم"، وبطاقة ملاحظة لرصد أداء المعلم لمهارات استخدام التقنيات الرقمية، ومقياس اتجاهات معلمي العلوم الشرعية نحو استخدام التقنية الرقمية. وقد تم اختيار عين تين للبحث إحداهما لتطبيق استبانة درجة توفر المهارات اللازمة لتطوير أدائهم في ضوء متطلبات عصر التقنية الرقمية وعددها (68) معلما من معلمي العلوم الشرعية بمنطقة الرياض التعليمية، والأخرى لتطبيق بطاقة الملاحظة ومقياس الاتجاه نحو استخدام التقنية الرقمية وعددها (22) معلما من معلمي العلوم الشرعية بذات المنطقة التعليمية، وقد أسفرت نتائج البحث عن الأثر الإيجابي للبرنامج المقترح في إتقان المعلمين عينة البحث لمهارات التقنية الرقمية وتحسين اتجاهاتهم نحو استخدامها. The current research aims at setting a suggested program to improve the performance of Sharia sciences teachers in light of the requirements of the digital technology era and improving their attitudes towards it. The researcher uses the descriptive approach to identify the list of the necessary skills for- Sharia sciences teachers in light of the requirements of the digital technology era. The researcher also uses the quasi-experimental approach to test a suggested program for one of these skills. In addition, the researcher uses the single-group design. Furthermore, the researcher has prepared educational materials and research tools, including: a questionnaire for Sharia sciences teachers to determine their mastery level of the necessary skills, a training program to develop one skill of using technology, which is using learning management systems, an observation sheet to monitor teacher’s performance regarding the skills of using digital technologies, and measurement of Sharia sciences teachers’ attitudes towards the use of digital technology. The research sample consists of 22 Sharia sciences teachers. The results reveal the positive impact of the suggested program on teachers' mastery of digital technology skills and improvement of their attitudes towards their use. (Published abstract)
