This study aimed to measure the relation between perceptions of Graduate Students in College of Education in King Saud University for benefit and the ease of learning management systems (Blackboard) with using its elements, to achieve the objectives of the study, the researchers used the survey and descriptive approach. Also, they used the questionnaire as a tool for collecting data from the community, which is all graduate students (master of Educational Technology) in King Saud University in Riyadh. The results indicated that there is an agreement among the study sample on the relationship between the perceptions of postgraduate students at the Faculty of Education in King Saud University about the benefits of the Learning Management System (Blackboard) and using its elements. Also, the results indicated that there is an agreement among the study sample on the relationship between the perceptions of postgraduate students at the Faculty of Education in King Saud University about the ease of use of the Learning Management System (Blackboard) and using its elements. In light of these results, the researchers recommended the following: Training graduate students at College of Education in King Saud University how to use blackboard and to investigate their opinions about the major problems of using blackboard and trying to solve them.
