The study aimed to identify the professional problems facing by novice teachers of natural sciences in Hafr al-Batin province and their relation to their preparation programs. The sample of the study consisted of (69) novice teachers of natural sciences in Hafr al-Batin province who served from (1-3 years), The researcher used the Descriptive survey method, The questionnaire was the tool used in data collection, and the most important results of the study were: The 4th axis (problems related to students) was in the first place among the axes of the questionnaire with an average (3.57) and a degree (high), while the 3rd axis , which is (problems related to the teacher)was in the last place among the axes of the questionnaire, with an average (2.80) and a degree (middle). The problem (weak laboratory preparation) , and the problem (weak follow-up of the family to the student), are the highest problems, with an average (4.30) and a very high degree. The problem of absenteeism and Lateness of novice teacher and the problem of criticizing a novice teacher in front of his colleagues were the lowest problems, with an average of 2.14 and 2.30, respectively, with a weak degree. The researcher recommended with absence of the relationship between the problems of teachers and the method of rehabilitation. Implementation of training courses for natural science teachers at secondary level in how to deal with students. guiding the responsible for natural science novice teachers to help them in any problems that they faced. considering the lack of experience of those teachers in this side and not to blame them more than they could bear.
