هدفت الدراسة التعرّف إلى واقع ممارسات التدریس البنائی لدى معلمات الریاضیات فی المرحلة الإبتدائیة بمدینة الریاض، من خلال تحدید درجة ممارسة التدریس البنائي لمعلمات الریاضیات للمرحلة الإبتدائیة بمدینة الریاض من وجهة نظرهن، وتحدید أهم متطلبات التدریس البنائي الواجب توافرها لدى معلمات الریاضیات، تكوّنت العینة من (200) معلمة تم إختیارهن بالطریقة العشوائیة البسیطة من مجتمع الدراسة الکامل (1575) معلمة فی المدارس الإبتدائیة الحكومیة بالتعلیم العام بمدینة الریاض. ولتحقیق أهداف الدراسة، تمّ بناء استبانة لقیاس واقع الممارسات التدریسیة لدى معلمات مقررات الریاضیات فی المرحلة الإبتدائیة، حیث تکوّنت من محورین الأول لقیاس واقع الممارسات تكوّن من (40) فقرة توزّعت على خمسة مجالات وهي: التنشیط (التهیئة) والإستکشاف (التفسیر) والمشارکة (التعاون) والتوسع والتقویم والثاني یقیس متطلبات التدریس البنائي الواجب توافرها لدى معلمات مقررات الریاضیات، تكوّنت من (13) فقرة تمّ التأکد من الخصائص السیكومتریة للاداة بالتطبیق على عینة إستطلاعیة من خارج عینة الدراسة الأصلیة. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة ممارسات التدریس البنائي لدى معلمات الریاضیات فی المرحلة الابتدائیة، بدرجة عالیة بلغت قیمة متوسطها الحسابي (3,71) وظهرت بعض الممارسات بمجالات تطبیق التدریس البنائي بدرجات متوسطة، بمجال التوسیع (التعمیم) والتقویم بینما ظهرت المجالات الأخرى بدرجة ممارسة عالیة وهي على ترتیبها: المشارکة (التعاون) والإستكشاف (التفسیر) والتنشیط (التهیئة)، کما تبین أن متطلبات التدریس البنائي جاءت بدرجة عالیة. وأوصت الدراسة باستخدام استراتیجیات التدریس البنائي فی تدریس الریاضیات، وضرورة تدریب المعلمات على الممارسات التی کشفت الدراسة عن درجة متوسطة أو منخفضة مثل تعدیل استراتیجیات التدریس بناء على احتیاجات التلمیذات، طرق تقدیم التلمیحات التی تقود إلى اکتشاف المعلومات، وطرق بناء المعرفة من خلال التفاوض الاجتماعي، وآلیات تقدیم تغذیة الراجعة للتلمیذات. The objective of the study was to identify the reality of constructional teaching practices among the mathematics teachers in the primary stage in Riyadh city by determining the degree of practice of structural teaching for mathematics teachers in the primary stage in Riyadh. ) Were randomly selected from the full study population (993) teachers in the public primary schools in Riyadh. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was constructed to measure the reality of the teaching practices in the teachers of the mathematics courses in the primary stage, which consisted of two axes, the first to measure the reality of the practices, consisting of 40 paragraphs divided into five areas: activation, ) And the expansion and evaluation and the second measures the requirements of teaching constructivism of mathematics courses were composed of (13) paragraph was confirmed the characteristics of the psychometric tool by applying to a sample survey outside the sample of the original study The results of the study showed that the degree of teaching methods of (3.71). There were some practices in the application of structural teaching in intermediate grades, in the field of extension and evaluation, while the other fields were characterized by a high degree of practice. They were in the order of participation (cooperation) and exploration The study recommended the use of constructive teaching strategies in the teaching of mathematics, and the need to train teachers on practices that revealed the study of a medium or low degree such as the modification of teaching strategies Ben E on the needs of students, ways to provide tips that lead to discovery information, and methods of building knowledge through social negotiation, and mechanisms to provide feedback for pupils feed.
