تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة واقع البحث العلمي في الجامعة الجزائرية وعوائقه لدى الأساتذة وطلبة ما بعد التدرج، وقد تم دراسة هذا الواقع من زاوية الصعوبات والعوائق التي تعترض البحث العلمي ثم أثر هذه العوائق على جودته، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام استبيان خاص بمعوقات البحث العلمي في الجزائر، أما عينة الدراسة فقد بلغت (60) أستاذا وطالبا باحثا في طوري الماجستير والدكتوراه وقد تم اختيارها بطريقة قصدية من مختلف جامعات الوطن. طبق في هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، وللإجابة على تساؤلات الدراسة تم استخدام النسب المئوية والمتوسطات الحسابية وقد أسفرت الدراسة على نتائج مفادها، أن البحث العلمي في الجزائر يواجه جملة من المعوقات المادية والشخصية. كما اتضحت من خلال هذه الدراسة النتائج المترتبة عن هذه المعوقات. كما خلصت الدراسة الى أن المعوقات المادية أشد تأثير على البحث العلمي لدى أفراد عينة الدراسة. وانطلاقا من هذه النتائج تم الخروج بمجموعة من التوصيات تهدف إيجاد حلول وتبني استراتيجيات وآليات للتخفيف منها. The aim of the study is to identify the reality of scientific research in the Algeria university and its obstacles to teachers and post grad student, this reality has been studied from the perspective of difficulties and obstacles to scientific research and the impact of those obstacles on its quality, in order to achieve the objectives of the study, we use questionnaire of obstacles scientific research in the Algeria ,the sample of the study (60) teachers and post grad student, master’s degree and doctorate selected accidental sampling in different universities in the country, and used the descriptive analytical method ,to answer the question of the study data was analyzed statistically using frequencies, percentage. As a result, this study revealed that the scientific research in Algeria face obstacles personal and financial Impediments, the sample members of the study approve of the obstacles in the application. In this study, the result of the obstacles of scientific research in Algeria aware revealed. Material obstacles are most effect for teachers and post graduate student in scientific research. In the light of these results, we presented a set of recommendation and strategies aimed at finding solutions. (Published Abstract)
