The present study aimed at reducing Hyperactivity Disorder intellectually handicapped slightly in the primary stage. The results confirmed the effectiveness of the current program of study to his on the basis of the process is correct, and use many of the Technics of behavior modification to achieve the objectives of the program such as the positive reinforcement, which serve as an incentive and strengthened following the desired behavior, which leads to an increase in the rate of occurrence, taking into account the principles of the use of strengthening as taking into account the appropriate strengthening of children with intellectual disability, and submitted to them during the implementation of the meetings of the program which was an effective and positive impact in the reduction of excessive activity have, thus achieving the goal of the study.
