تهدف الدراسة الى معرفة أهم المشكلات التي تعيق تحقيق الأهداف المرجوة من التربية العملية والتي تعتبر إحدى أهم أركان برامج إعداد الطلبة، وتكوينهم في معاهد وأقسام علوم وتقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية، فينظر الى التربية العملية على أنها برنامج متكامل ومتوازن، يهدف الى اعداد الطلبة بالشكل المطلوب، وعليه فقد اجرينا مقابلة مع عينة من أساتذة وطلبة المعهد والأساتذة المتعاونين، وانطلاقا من إجابات افراد العينة توصلنا الى هناك مشكلات تخص كل من: تنظيم برنامج التربية العملية، الزمن المحدد للتربية العملية الميدانية، مرحلة اعداد الطالب معرفيا، بالطالب في حد ذاته، المؤسسات التطبيقية للتربية العملية الميدانية، الهيئة التدريسية في المؤسسة التطبيقية والإدارة المدرسية، تلاميذ المدرسة التطبيقية والإشراف على برنامج التربية العملية. This study aims to know the Signiant problems that prevent the achievement of practical education targets which are crucial pillars of undergraduates formation programs in the classes and HI institutes of physical activities sciences and techniques. Practical education has been seen as a complete and balanced program that aims to prepare students as required. For that we have interviewed a sample of professors, the institute’s students and associate professors. From their answers, we conclude that there are problems in: 1) The organization of practical education program. 2) The allocated time for field practical education. 3) Cognitive preparation of the undergraduates’ stage. 4) The student himself/herself- Practical institut.ions for field practical education- Applied authority in the practical institution and the school administration- Practical school’s pupils and supervision of the educational program.
